f I am understanding the workflow here, a crucial step is the conversion of the JSON files in contrib into the tinsert calls of db/Categories.lua, which essentially acts as the master database of ATT. It seems that this file is generated by contrib/parser/'Parser V2.exe', but the source for this (.NET?) program is missing.

While one could probably infer what this program is doing, it would be an easier task if the source for this program was included. In particular, it would help to explore potential performance improvements and might address #221.
