Death Knight set from vendor
Think these are the items that are considered as "starter sets", and maybe i ran into this same issue on another class alt's set too.
Try a shift+right click the "ALL THE THINGS" header. That will force a refresh on your collection. If it still shows up not collected let us know and I'll look at it further on our end.
