Small issue of incorrect reward showing: Just did this quest on my warrior and the reward listed in ATT was the offhand, Vial of Chloroform. While I was given the appearance for the Vial, the actual reward was the plate chestpiece, Everstill Breastplate.

ATT lists all the rewards that are possible. Some quests have hidden rewards that you still can learn due to other classes that can receive them. If you weren't seeing the breastplate it's because you already had it unlocked as I checked the internal files and it shows Everstill Breastplate as a reward.
