It should be showing up on the tooltip as those items are attached via our "crs" method which says "These items belong on this mob". So from the 10th anniversary he was the wielder of those items.

They shouldn't show up on the minilist as we don't have that anniversary attached to the map.

Unless you mean they are showing up despite having the filter off?

ragnaros should not show in his tooltip the achievement / mount when being legacy

It's showing due to you having "BMAH" filter turned on. This allows those items to show up and then respect their appropriate mob tags. Regardless if it's the 60 version or not since they both used the same npcID's.

If you turn off BMAH filter it should disappear.

but if i active this filter cant track BMAH anymore, a similar issue happen with a drop of morgraine in scarlet monastery prepandaria and world drop since pandaria

The Morgraine was a different issue.

Ragnaros is something else. The items that are on the BMAH are the same items that drop off him. Since we keep the items linked to the NPC that use to drop them via CRS it will do that. We do this in the event they bring back the anniversary. Having certain unobtainable filters on will cause these side effects.

We aren't going to change anything internally that will hide these items from Ragnaros as he still drops them in the event itself. If the items weren't for sale on the BMAH you wouldn't even be seeing them. So unless Blizzard stops putting them on the BMAH they will continue to show up.

I know it's not exactly the solution you wanted to hear, but that's how we store information with ATT in regards to accuracy and keeping things from events still listed so that they can be retrieved if said event comes back.

This has been fixed as of 6/9/2019 Git. We applied an event raid difficulty to the Events header, so it should now automatically filter out when looking at Ragnaros.
