This is because we used the list from wowhead as those items have a higher drop chance off Nefarian and Ragnaros. Technically they can drop anything that is a world drop so we didn't add everything.

in both pages of wowhead is, nefarian last page of drops, and in the recipe nefarian is the main source

The pattern was added as a world drop in commit fe152d8, consistent with known drop source information from vanilla WoW. Closing.
