Before the most recent update to ATT, I was able right click something in my mini-list with coordinates (such as a Rare or a Vendor) I would get markers on my map (I believe through TomTom) however they no longer appear when I do so.

I havn't changed other addons or my settings, I don't know if this was intentional or not, or if I am missing something. I really enjoyed that feature.

The keybind has been changed to be Alt+Right Click for placing coordinates. Since Right Click was already used to pop out lists into their own window, some people felt that the two should be separated.
