Under Zone Drop in Pandaria zones, the 4 possible insignias that drop from the Zandalari Warriors are always on ATT. These are just reputation tokens that are used immediately, but everytime I grab one it stays on ATT

Just a quick guess ... You are not exalted with these factions thats why they don't disappear

A good thought, but I am exalted with the Shado-Pan, which is one of the insignias.

Try to Shift+Click the header to manually refresh ATT

That did not work either. A part of me is starting to think, outside those 4 insignias, there are 3 purple drops from the bag that I have not gotten yet. Perhaps when I get those 3, everything will complete out. We'll see

I believe this has been fixed in e9da8ae. If you're using the GIT version of the addon, grab the latest build and report back if this addresses your issue; otherwise, the fix will be included in the next release on Curseforge

This issue has been patched in release 1.9.7.
