There appears to be some overlap with The Maelstrom across multiple cataclysm zones. Since you go into The Maelstrom during the questline at the Maw of Madness, it was added to the zone's metadata causing Twilight Highlands to be displayed. To avoid confusion, the mapID was moved to its own metadata file in ab5b556.
