It is quite limited what I can offer of information, since I first found this issue the other day and know it wasn't a problem ~1 year ago, when I last played.

When in the TradeSkillMaster crafting /tsm crafting window, the game will completely freeze when you close the window with either escape or by clicking the X. This happens even if the profession list window was closed beforehand.

This can be permanently fixed by going into AllTheThings options, under features and untick "Automatically Open the Profession List".

I have disabled all addons except TSM and AllTheThings, to ensure that nothing else is causing the issue. I have also tried with a completely fresh TSM, first thinking that there were cache issues with all the items. I initially thought that this was the case, since if I delete the cache before logging in, it worked just fine but would freeze after a /reload.

I can only assume this has been fixed or is in a workable state by now. If not, please refer to the (retail) errors channel on our Discord to place a more detailed report. :)

Interestingly enough, the issue is also on Classic: DFortun81/ATT-Classic#38

Apologies, I meant that it even happens if I close the profession list window first. I will edit the post.

What version of TSM? It seems to be working fine for TSM4.

This is using TSM v4.8.8. AllTheThings is at 1.9.9.

I knew that this was fairly unique as I have seen absolutely no one post about this issue anywhere, but I wanted to share it, for if others have the same issue or if you knew just what was wrong.

If you can't reproduce it, then I say just close the issue for now.
