Freezes for Island Expeditions vendors were fixed in development version of addon 10 days ago. If you wish to try latest additions and fixes, you can download it here.

Speaking about missing weapon drops from crates: a few weapons were added since then but if you see something that drops and not listed you can report it here or on our discord server (#errors channel). The reason why we don't add every listed drop from Wowhead is because they have data from PTR and drops (might) have changed since then. I wasn't the one working on Island Expeditions stuff though, so I might be wrong but it's how I recall it being.
