The information for these caches looks to be correct in the Source currently. If the tooltip is not correctly displaying all of the Source lines (while in Debug) then that is probably a separate issue to investigate.

Can't test now but both caches are listed as rewards in their quests.
Speaking about only heroic listed as the source it's probably because items have the same itemID but different bonusIDs and it's a bit frustrating to show everything correctly, we have the same problem with some raid loot (pets and Horrific Cores).
