FPS drop / game stutter

I have noticed my game stuttering when certain events happen. I have disabled addons 1 by 1 and narrowed it down to ATT which is a shame because I love this addon.
The stutters occur for me when:
- complete a world quest
- finish a boss encounter
- complete a normal quest
There have been multiple releases of ATT since this issue was reported and Crieve has fixed some performance issues in some areas. Does this stutter still exist in the current ATT release?
Do you see the same behaviour when ATT is the only add on you are running? It could be that there is a conflict between ATT and one of your other addons.
Having said that, some minor lag is to be expected as ATT has to hold a large database in memory and depending on the spec of your computer this can impact ingame experience.
Changing to completionist mode does cut down on the processing ATT has to do which in turn helps with performance.
The stutter is definitely smaller if ATT is the only addon enabled, however my game runs smooth as butter with all my addons enabled except for ATT.
Turning on completionist mode had no noticeable effect.

I understand that this is a very small issue and may not be solveable, it won't stop me using the addon.
