Some factions that have a nemesis, are not accounted for in ATT, despite the character specifically have earned the achievements. These include for me;:

• Bloodsail Buccaneers
• The Scryers (and The Aldors)
• Frenzyheart Tribe (and The Oracles)

I included screenshots below to show that this character have actually earned the achievements so I guess the ideal solution here would be to query the achievement API and check if either of these (from the screenshots below) are earned to ensure that the credit for these are rewarded accordingly.

Side note, I am uncertain about the bloodsail buccaneers as the Avest Ye Admiral achievement only goes as far as to honored, not exalted however given there is no rewards afterwards it is just a matter of interpretation of completionist criteria.

Like you mentioned, Bloodsail is on the list because you didn't complete it to Exalted.

The other two meanwhile have actually been fixed recently due to new tech that counts the faction as completed based on the achievement which requires the conflicting factions to have both been Exalted at one point.

If you notice in the most recent version of ATT that this issue is no longer affecting you, feel free to close it :)

The new version of ATT does fix everything but the Bloodsail indeed, however having farmed a fair bit now I can see that there is one quest I have not completed that requires Bloodsail rep so I thought with the changes to other factions, completing this would maybe be enough to make ATT consider it completed, if not then I guess I’ll just have to suck it up if I want the completion

Completion for Factions themselves like you show is to literally get that Faction to Exalted reputation. It's not telling you that there's something with this Faction you need to Collect. So the only way to make that specific entry for Bloodsail would be to get Exalted with them.
