I checked the option "I only care about my main", so I would assume this would not show up. Nor should it in the first place if the character gender is of the oppersite of that of the title.

Note; I already obtained this title back in Warlords of Draenor (female version), on this character.

Achievements > Feats of Strength > Player vs. Player:

This has actually been resolved recently for all gender-based Titles when NOT using Account Mode!

As a note; with the Shadowlands free gender switch, you can switch gender and the original opposite gender title will still be available temporarily before switching over, but even if that is the case, ATT seems to still not accept the title as "Collected"

For me it's getting marked as collected and disappeares from the list (despite "Unknown on current character" line).

The same seems evident for titles such as "Count" / "Countess" (Venthyr) and other covenant renown 40 titles that has both a male and female counterpart

You can change gender at the barb, refresh att & swap back to your old gender.
