This is about the item Tainted Pierce. I just bought one from the auction house and equipped it. I didn't get the sound that it was added to my Appearances and the item itself still said it was not collected. I manually checked the Appearances tab and it does indeed show it in there. I am assuming it is a bug on the addons end since it doesn't remove itself from the dungeon to show it has been collected or correct itself on the item to show that it also the same. I am not sure the reason why, but I am assuming it has something to do with the 'unique equip' status on the item that may have something to do with it.

Do you have any screenshots to show it being uncollected while also being equipped?

There doesn't seem to be anything unusual about this item to cause it to not register as being collected. If you equipped it successfully, the mini-list itself does not refresh automatically except after certain events. If you shift-click the header of a list it will force a refresh and things would update accordingly.

I am at work ATM so I will give the screenshots if need be. I will try that force restart you mention first. Who knows, it might give credit when I log back in. I'll check in later.
