There is a bug with the Emperor's new cape where it shows up in the All the things items to collect appearances in BrD but you can't collect the appearance from the cape since its an invisible cloak and blizzard hasn't made this item's appearance collectable so im stuck with 99% of collected items in BRD and my Ocd off the roof.

It's weird because I have one in my bag, but it shows as not collected :(
