I'm unable to accept this quest according to a GM because I've completed it in the past, but don't have credit for it on my character. This quest would have been completed a long time ago and after race changes and faction changes, I'm assuming it just made it unobtainable. Could you mark this as a breadcrumb or something so that I can complete the category? Thanks for all your hard work!

It's worth noting there is "A Valiant" and "Valiant" versions of the quest, which are race-locked. I assume the GM got confused and saw the other quest was completed. By now we've added proper race filters for these quests.
