Mark of Honor tooltip has serious performance problems in 2.1.4

The game completely freezes for a couple of seconds before the tooltip is shown.

The problem is not new and existed before to some degree, but it is much worse in 2.1.4, probably since a bunch of previously missing PVP gear has been added to the addon tracking system.
