Daily quest 62595 horde, 62594 alliance, It is not available in the game, to make sure that I would not miss this Quest. I searched a lot here and there and found nothing, so I looked in the game files, in the game files there is only the original version of the Quest in English, which was not translated into any language. Probably removed with the the scourge invasion nerf.

I agree, seems like it was removed during beta/PTR, can't find it on retail now, was supposed to be available since week 1.
