hi can add a option to avoid automatic colapsed in quest already completed in this character in account mode? now when I want to see which character would serve me for the xmog I must open quest by quest 1x1

Well for one, control click the top header to expand everything instead of clicking one by one.
I'll try to take a look soon at why this happens to you, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't happen when I was just playing on latest got version. Sounds related to your other issue of faction header being collapsed.
