The Wraithchill illusion under the Event > Blizzard Promotions > Collector's Edition > WoW Collector's Edition > Shadowlands is not marked as collected, despite I'm the owner of it:

Manually refreshing after opening the window did not change anything.

if you install directly from git, can you check to see if the latest commit fixed the issue (here)? i had the same issue and was able to resolve it on my end, but want to make sure. (if you don't pull from git, jlmk after the next release, i guess!)

This seems to have been fixed sometime inbetween of reporting this bug and now, closing
