Just had "Illusion: Mark of the Shattered Hand" drop from Kargath in Highmaul. Used the item, and the illusion now appears in my appearances tab, but ATT still shows it as uncollected. Did /reload and a full logout / login cycle, still shows this way.

shift+left-click on any line in the mini list/main list or on the ATT minimap button.

Ugh I promise I tried that first, but might not have tried it again after the login / logout. Works fine now, all is well, sorry about that.
