The Plague-Etched Hacker[1], does not seem to have a location set in ATT. I looted this from a Slime-Coated Crate[2] while looking for the Bubbling Pustule pet.

Looking at the Wowhead data, it seems to be a Maldraxxi zone drop and The Undying Army callings box drop.
