Having ATT list things in the tooltip is very useful for tracking mounts etc,

Would it be possible to filter what things the tooltip shows?

For example, If I didn't want to see what gear a mob drops, or don't care about pets etc.

I think most of this ask can easily be accommodated by the current tooltips settings, allowing you to change key modifiers or whether to include ATT in tooltips while in combat. Having the entire set of tracking options repeated simply for tooltips just isn't going to happen that I can see.

Do certain Things show in your Tooltips even when you disable them from being considered 'Collectible' ?

For instance you mention not wanting to see pets... if you uncheck this, do Pets still show in Tooltips for you?

Hi, Yes deselecting a category as collectable does remove the entries from the tooltip, but then this also removes the entries from the main /att window which I do not want.

The main reason I suggested this was because I dont want to see when a mob drops 50+ pieces of gear, but I still want to track gear overall.

On a side note, it would be nice if I could filter gear by type, for example cloth, since I cant learn plate appearances on my Priest.

I agree that it would be nice to separate tooltips from overall tracking.

About your side note: do you mean in tooltips or in addon overall? If latter you shouldn't see gear you can't collect on this character unless you are in Account Mode or have manually changed gear filter settings (it's on the second page of addon settings).

My god, I had account mode enabled.
That was the whole cause for my issue! I'm so sorry for wasting your time with that!

I still think a filter for just the tooltip would be nice however :)
