Showing The Arcatraz and Outdoor Zones (Nagrand, Netherstorm and Shadowmoon Valley) quest The Aldor 0/1. I did Hero of Shattrath achievement and been exalted with aldor before and 100% sure that completed all quests there, but now its showing I am missing it.

If you are not currently exalted with "The Aldor" then that's why. Even if you were at some point the API only returns values that you currently have.

Though Aldor/Scryer and Oracles/Frenzyheart are the only two where this is done. Everything else in the has a check and stuff that matches it properly.

That push was for something completely different. It's using the race functions (like we use all over) to verify race and hide others. Doing one on achievement/rep like you suggested wouldn't be feasible since we'd have to do a few more call ups, performance loss, etc for less than a handful of occurrences and wouldn't be worth it. It's like there are 3 quests that depend on your gender.

We did adjust those slightly in different pushes (don't have the push numbers offhand), but they'll be in next release.
