i don't know if this is the right place but i couldn't see anywhere else to post this issue, if it's wrong then please forgive me.

I looted the Silvernote Cloak from a world quest, and no matter what i do it says "not collected" in the tooltip, i equipped it i reloaded the ut and i quit the game and started it up again and it still shows up as "not collected" it is however in the wardrobe.

@Skarra19, if you use version 2.2.9, try installing latest alpha (should be Shadowlands-2.2.9-71-g5fa4e74), there were some fixes that could have helped with this.

Oh the shift+left click worked, i didn't think of that due to the updating when you relog/start the game over. But now it's added as "Collected". Thank you so much to the both of you for the answers, and yes i am on the 2.2.9 version, will try the alpha one to as there are some other pieces i've found not saying collocted, but i havent thought about it before due to it being availible in wardrobe.

occasionally there are things that disrupt ATT and prevent it from immediately recognizing something's been added to your collection (sell/trade timers on items until they're fully expired, learning an item while you're in combat, etc). that manual shift+left click refresh basically rescans your collection to see if the addon has missed anything, which could persist through reloads or game restarts, so it's a good first step if you ever encounter a similar issue!

i'm glad your issue was resolved! and definitely let us know if you have any problems tracking things correctly as collected that don't get resolved with a manual refresh of the addon. ♥ i'll close this ticket now!

try shift+left clicking somewhere in an ATT list or on the minimap button.
