Have looted this in 25hc but the app is still saying i still need to learn it have refreshed and wore the item

Without further information, nothing looks inaccurate in this image.
The 25N item is collected and not shown in the shared appearances list.
The 25H is not collected and is shown in the shared appearances list with the circle check.
If this issue still persists in ATT 2.3.0 or later we can investigate further on with more informative screenshot requests.

@MumblesEarthen, if you use version 2.2.9, try installing latest alpha (should be Shadowlands-2.2.9-71-g5fa4e74), there were some fixes that could have helped with this.

In the screenshot, your tooltip is showing the 25-Normal version as collected. The minilist shows the 25-Heroic version as uncollected.

If you had the heroic version it would look like this on the tooltip:

But they said they got it in heroic though 🤔
I guess it could be a user mistake if they really got it in normal and it is in fact normal version.
Or it could be ATT shenanigans with tooltips and sourceID/modID again?
Also note how they have Collected with a checkmark on the item tooltip but in the list of appearances this item only has a checkmark in a circle, shouldn't it be a regular checkmark then?
P.S. Or maybe it's Blizzard and normal drops in heroic now hehe.
