Quest Ateena's Fall completed but items aren't counted

As you see I completed quest and has 1 of these items in bag. Tried to logout, reload, shift+click to refresh but nothing helps.

With Shadowlands, they changed BfA so there are 2 versions of each azerite item. One drops if you have heart of azeroth, the other drops if you do not have heart of azeroth. If you're on completionist mode, you will need to collect both separately.

Show completed groups/items and you'll see there are 2 versions of every item from that quest:
