Once you have bought upgrades from Ve'nari on your main, there is an issue with All The Things display on alts.
Items are shown as 1/2 even though they are no longer purchasable (probably because those upgrades were changed from character-wide to account-wide some time ago).

Effected Items from Ve'nari:
Bangle of Seniority
Broker Traversal Enhancer
Extradimensional Pockets
Loupe of Unusual Charm
Possibility Matrix
Rang Insignia: Acquisitionist
Ritual Prism of Fortune
Vessel of Unfortunate Spirits

Can you "flag" those items as account wide? Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help fix this issue.

Kind regards,
Loradim

Hi everyone, i have the same issue but even with Shift+Leftclick it doesn't disappear. I've got 2 wow-account and i bought the prism with a char on my 2nd account. With my main character on my 1st account, it appears 1/2.

@Lysna24, I'm not sure how it works with different WoW accounts but as everything else seems to work fine for you, are you sure you actually bought the Prism? It shows 1/2 because of the "buy 5 things from Ve'nari" achievement so it's possible you bought everything else but this one.

I bought the prism on another character (and ATT doesnt track it as unknown) but i cant buy it on my main.

To be honest, im not sure if we can fix that.

We save a couple venari quests to your account, so they show up completed on other chars if you completed them on 1 char. However if you completed 1 quest on another account, we cannot cache that data. You'd have to copy your wtf files from att from account2 to account1.

If the item is then checked, you'll probably see 4 others quest. You then have to log on the char that did the other 4 quests to cache them too.

Thank you for answering me that fast.

I copy the file AllTheThings.lua from "WTF > Account > Account 2 > SavedVariables" into the same file from Account 1 but no change so i think this isnt the way to do. Can you tell me which file i need to copy ?

commented

Close every instance of WoW

Go to World of Warcraft_retail_\WTF\Account\Account1\SavedVariables & copy AllTheThings.lua & AllTheThings.lua.bak somewhere (as backup)

Now delete AllTheThings.lua & AllTheThings.lua.bak in World of Warcraft_retail_\WTF\Account\Account1\SavedVariables

Go to World of Warcraft_retail_\WTF\Account*Account2*\SavedVariables & copy AllTheThings.lua & AllTheThings.lua.bak into
World of Warcraft_retail_\WTF\Account\Account1\SavedVariables

Now log into WoW and see if it works. If it does not, there is sadly nothing we can do as its an issue by blizzard (more or less)

It works ! Thanks a lot.

I loose a lot of % but i think i have to log each char on my Account1 to refresh ATT data.

Exactly what I had to do after the update to track all bought items.

Make sure to Shift+Leftclick your ATT Addon

That was the first thing I did when I encountered this issue. Doesn't help.
I gladly help you debugging, sending you reports etc, as there is some sort of issue here.

Make sure to Shift+Leftclick your ATT Addon

I can't replicate this issue on the git version (checked both main and alt), so I assume it has meanwhile been fixed.

I'm using 2.3.3 (from Curseforge), is this the same version as on github? In that case I'm happy to help to replicate this issue, because it's still there. Can you please re-open it?

This is how it looks on the character, where I bought most of the permanent Torghast Upgrades:

So it seems ATT does track the upgrades per character, even though they were made account wide in 9.0.2

A little more research:
This is the view of ATT when debug is turned on:

However, when debug is turned off, it looks like this:

So it looks more like an issue with debug on / off

Fixed on latest git.

is this the same version as on github

@Loradim
No, GitHub is ahead of CurseForge. Gold fixed it in 7b20f40, it will be in the next release, thanks.
If you use CurseForge you can switch to alpha versions for ATT, we usually release alphas on Friday.

After logging through my 3 characters were I bought Ve'nari Items from, I can confirm it is fixed with the updated AllTheThings.lua file from github.

Thank you for looking into this and a very quick fix!

Kind regards,
Loradim
