Marks of honor appear to not track correctly following patch 9.1 updates.

Previously ATT appeared to track marks of honor currency as expected when using /att [Mark of Honor].
It showed appearance and weapon sets from various previous pvp seasons.
Now when I use it I only see a few Ashran related toys that it does not appear I can get.
I can confirm, for me it worked fine on the first try (at least I had hundreds of items) but when I did it again I saw only this NPC in the window.
e4e9232 is the first bad commit but I don't understand why.
Ugh, this is because for a long time, multiple Vendors have been tagged with the MoH ItemID in the effort for simplifying the list of MoH items, but it appears that due to some other change, we are now getting only the first 'Thing' which is tagged with the MoH ItemID.
Ideally we should remove those vendors from being tagged like this, and I wanted to add a bit of logic to automatically show Vendors and such in a list when creating a popout of a Thing which is a 'cost' for other Things... just haven't gotten there yet.
