Sometimes a hilite can get stuck if there is no item in that auction group row. Unsure what is causing it here.

This happens on an empty row if you mouse over the empty item icon then move the mouse to over the item name field on the same row then move the mouse out of the row. You can clear the stuck hilite by mousing over the item icon then leaving the item icon in any direction other than the name field.
