Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The target UnitFrame has only a very small power crystal as its resource view, which doesn't help the player trying see the targets resource easily at a glance.
The target of target UnitFrame is just a health bar with no resource view, which comes with its own problems & solutions
Describe the solution you'd like
Since the Target UnitFrame resource crystal is so small it's easy to miss, anyways, I suggest either making it larger, on par with the Target 3D model, or splitting the target HP bar to two vertical lines and using the lower of the two as a resource bar.
A similar thing can be done for the Target of Target UnitFrame, similar to my other freature request (#104)
