Describe the bug

The ActionBar's active spell indicator is just a basic colored outline, which is barely visible compared to the original interface highlight shown in the attached screenshot. In earlier versions of AzeriteUI, if I recall correctly, there was a more noticeable and elegant animation for this indicator. Additionally, MaxDPS now only adds a simple colored circle around the icons, whereas it used to have a smooth animation as well.

To reproduce

Just start combat and hit something.

Expected behavior

No response
