[BUG] Tooltip when clicking on unit frame closes as soon as left click button is released

Is this issue for AzeriteUI for Dragonflight?

Describe the bug
I need to keep my left mouse button clicked to be able to see the tooltip on a player/target's unit frame. The tooltip closes if I release the button.
To reproduce
Click on a unit frame.
Expected behavior
The tooltip should be displayed after left clicking a unit frame, we shouldn't need to keep the left mouse button pressed.
