"I will not release any further updates to this addon, but I have created a new, similar, and improved addon that will be updated in the future! You can find the new addon here:https://legacy.curseforge.com/wow/addons/lootfilter"
BensLootFilter
Do you want a way to automate looting based on your preferences? With this addon, you can customize what to loot.
The slide bar in the gui is to set autoloot of an item based on quality, for reference, see below
Auto Loot items of quality above (0-4): 0 = Grey 1 = Common 2 = Uncommon 3 = Rare 4 = Epic
Additionally, you can add items by moving your mouse cursor over an item so that the tooltip shows, and then press Alt. To remove an item, follow the same process.
I will be adding more items to ITEM-groups when I find a way to extract item IDs from any database containing item IDs based on type or something else. If you have a method to scrape item IDs, please post a comment on how to do it here!
You will need to have Ace3 and Libstub installed for the gui to work! You can find them in the addon folder.
If you get an error please post it, so i can fix it
tips:
- Use left alt or your custom modifyer key to add an item to your loot list
- In your tooltip you will se a red text saying "This Item will be AutoLooted becaue it is in Loot List" or "This Item will be AutoLooted becaue it is in GroupList" to make it more clear what item you have added or enabled. If you see none of those texts it means it is not in your loot list!
- If you have Print items left enabled, you will always see the loot that was left behind when you closed the loot window. The intention is to have it enabled alongside Auto close loot window. When both are active, you can easily add items that were not looted by moving your mouse over an item in the chat and pressing Alt to include it in your loot list.
