Describe the problem

Everytime there's a wipe on Kel'thuzad the boss mod no longer works until relogging; /reload doesn't work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. wipe on kel'thuzad
2. pull kel'thuzad
3. no phase timers, or warnings appear including emphasized warnings on self

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Any additional information? (example: WoW language if not English)

A similar issue is that Nefarian add count for phase 1 also doesn't reset properly after a wipe.
