Nerub-Ar Palace Warning Messages

Describe the problem
It's not really a problem, but while fighting Silken Court today in the Nerub-Ar raid today I got this message to alert the developers to some timers:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I was fighting Silken Court but I'm not sure how exactly to "reproduce" this situation, we were having a rough fight and it took a lot longer than usual and then the above happened.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Not that I'm aware of.
Any additional information? (example: WoW language if not English)
@4lch4 if somehow possible, is there a chance to get a link to this log on wcl? there's no public logs that go this long available.
