Harjatan: Timers gone if he skips first Draw In

Continue showing timers if he decided to skip the first Draw in (caused by no frost patches being on the floor).
If this remains an issue, and blizzard doesn't fix it; hack some timers for this.
4bcaa27 should hopefully have fixed it
