Found spell 'Fixate' using id 167757 on 0, tell the authors!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- fight Rukhmar in the Spires of Arak
- receive Fixate effect
- see message in chat telling me to post here 😄
What version of BigWigs are you using? (Stating 'latest' is not useful)

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Ah, sorry about that.. I didn't realize this addon was only intended to be used by characters at levels within the latest expansion level ranges.
