What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. make a local bar (/localbar 60 pizza)
2. go to a different zone while timer is active
3. timer disappears when changing zones

the local bar timer is not supposed to go away. if i make pizza, make a timer, then switch zones, my pizza burns because the timer goes away.
