Tentacle timer incorrect after C'Thun Weakened end

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- After C'Thun first Weakened end the Tentacle timer delay about 5 seconds（When the Tentacle timer has about 5 seconds left,the Tentacle has respawned）
- After C'Thun second Weakened end the Tentacle timer delay about 7 seconds（When the Tentacle timer has about 7 seconds left,the Tentacle has respawned）
- The third Weakened can’t remember...
What version of BigWigs are you using? (Stating 'latest' is not useful)
Version: v15-classic
