You will need to install BlizzMove, otherwise this addon does nothing!
Installing this plugin will add a small square next to the QuestTracker frame, which in turn allows you to move the frame, just like any other frame you can move with BlizzMove.
Classic/Wrath support
I do not actively play classic/Wrath, so there won't be extensive testing there; but for now it seems to work fine. If you find any issues, feel free to report them, but please mention which game version you're playing :)
