[BUG]: Repair % showing wrong numbers/doesnt update

What happened?

Noticed that after the last Wotlk Phase 2 update the repair % number rarely updates and its often showing wrong numbers. Example: My gear is at 50% durability but the addon shows 92%, or im at 100% but its showing 80%.

Im also noticing a similar issue on retail but atleast its updating more often there. (Its often showing that my gear is broken while im at 100% tho, reload fixes the issue)
