What happened?

Using Bazooka and Broker_Everything with ElvUI. Not sure who the culprit is honestly.

My Tooltips for BE plugins into Bazooka look like this:

LDB plugins from other things look normal, with the black, for some reason BE's plugins are white? its very heard to read.
