What happened?

I noticed that the function to open the quest in the favorite website as selected by the user isn't as obvious.

The first issue is that it is not explained or intuitive how to access the feature.
I think the questlog tooltip should indicate that the user has to press the quests quest id to activate the popup window to copy the link.
The setting related to it should also explained so.

The second issue that is related to the first that the setting to show the quest id in the questlog tooltip is required to be enabled for the open quest in website function.
The setting for the open quest in website function should grey out when the required option isn't enabled and the dependency should be clear from the tooltip of it.
