Buff Buddy replaces the default buff and debuff display in your UI with a much more customizable version.
Recent Changes:
- Fixed a silly mistake in the code that prevented the scale from being saved when changing the buff/debuff frame scale.
- Fixed an issue that prevented some "dummy" buffs/debuffs from hiding after locking the frames.
- Changed the up and down buttons for the priority lists to properly move them up and down. Turns out I had them backwards somehow lol.
With Buff Buddy, you can:
- Customize your buff and debuff displays separately.
- Change the size of the icons.
- Create a priority list to always show certain buffs first.
- Change the vertical and horizontal spacing between each icon.
- Change how many icons will show in each row.
- Change the direction in which the rows of icons will grow.
- Create as many profiles as you like so you can quickly switch between different set-ups.
Tips:
- The Spell ID for any buff/debuff can be found on WowHeads website. Search the spell you want and you can find the Spell ID in your browsers address bar.
(eg: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=21562/power-word-fortitude; "spell=21562" <- - This is the Spell ID for Power Word Fortitude)
- Enter spells in your priority list by using their Spell ID's instead of their names. Some spells have multiple versions with the same name, but have different Spell ID's.
- Want to know a certain buff/debuffs Spell ID? If your character currently has the said buff/debuff, you can find the Spell ID in its tooltip by mousing over it.
