Unfortunately I currently don't have a subscription and cannot make tests on Classic era :(

The item is working find on Retail and WotLK, I'll have a look at the code to see if I find any issue.

In the mean time, can you provide me a screenshot of the item tooltip ?

Here is what the macro is showing on my toolbar (the tooltip of the item) which is a lower mana item:

I meant actionbar, not toolbar.

I'd be happy to do any testing you want. I used to be a programmer and am familiar with lua coding.
I did disable all other addons and got the same result.

I think I found the issue, I'm surprise I didn't notice it sooner!
