The recent update (v3.0.9) has massively helped the screen freeze related to lag issues. Still getting hiccups though and although they are smaller they happen frequently enough to be noticeable.

How to reproduce: Enable this addon and enter a Warfront. Start walking and jumping around and it will become especially apparent.

Applying the buffs it recommends does not fix it; entering combat still resolves the issue.
