After enabling/disabling bunch of addon, came to that CaerdonWardrobe broke the tooltip after mousing over anything over time, tooltip gets larger and larger then it reset.. repeat/rinse.. most of the time it was triggered by addon: Broker_WorldQuest, so I thought, it turns out ANYTHING happens, even triggered by opening world map and mousing over any WQ (even without the addon)

need more research... even with this addon disabled, it came back :(
