Hello,
maybe i't already there and I just can't find it, but I'd love to have an icon or border or something for elite and rare mobs.

this might be less useful in m+ or raids, as everything is elite, but it would be great for solo questing.

Describe the implementation

in options for target, add one to see elite/rare mob icon and move it to wherever we want in the target frame.

This was recently added in as a Custom Tag [classification:icon].
